What we took from their HTML, what we fixed, and what we kept that they never had.

Source: saved public HTML (canonical https://southwestshopping.ai/, served on a trycloudflare host). Green = adopt. Clay = reject or rewrite. Paper = they omitted; we already had it.

This page is a patch log, not a visitor page. It is not in the main sitemap. Do not treat it as a second homepage.

Item Their HTML We publish Why
Title <title>Southwest Center</title> Southwest Center Oak Hill | 9521 W Highway 290 Austin TX 78736 A bare brand title is weak for “where is this place” queries.
H1 “Care and Company on 290” Place + jobs: Oak Hill strip at 9521 W Highway 290 for Italian, nails, dentist, BSW clinic/rehab, storage. Slogan is fine as a lede. It is a bad only H1. Answer engines need the address and the uses.
Amici phone 917-482-5351 in the body and in Restaurant schema 737-239-3582. The 917 number is marked do-not-use in data and FAQ. OpenTable and the restaurant site use 737. Publishing 917 trains models to call a wrong line.
Left / right from the Y “Head west from the Oak Hill Y. The center is on the right, on the morning side.” Westbound from the Y: shops on the left (south side). Eastbound morning into Austin: on the right. They mixed two directions. West from the Y is not the morning side.
Traffic light Applied for Applied for, not on site. Deceleration lanes remain a possible alternative from the owner brief. Adopted their status word. Still refuse to tell a driver a light is already there.
TxDOT volume 31,000+ vpd, Jan 2024; 50% since 2010; could double by 2045 Same TxDOT snapshot, quoted first. SitesUSA 37,822 and CoStar 26,000 stay labeled. Owner “tripled” stays an owner claim. Their corridor number is the one to lead with. Do not collapse three series into one adjective.
Oak Hill Parkway / study Substantial completion 2026; TxDOT US 290 study RM 1826 to RM 12 Same two facts on Home and Get here. Real highway context. Keep it dated and named.
Suites Amici 101, Modern Nails 102 Same, plus 102B / 103 / 105 already on this site. Suite numbers are cite-ready. Their HTML filled the two we were still calling “corner / inline.”
Amici hours Mon–Thu 12–9, Fri–Sat 12–10, Sun 4–9 Same, with a note that OpenTable has listed dinner-only. Confirm. Adopt the hours they published. Do not hide the conflict.
Clinic size / walk-ins ~4,200 sf ~4,200 sf, family medicine + endocrinology, X-ray and lab, no walk-ins. Took the size. Kept the walk-in rule they underplayed.
Nails / dental extras Walk-ins welcome; Broberg same-day emergency Both on directory, snapshot, and tenant JSON. Useful visitor facts. Cheap to keep.
Leasing phone Charles Jahnke, 512-888-1542 Jahnke first (schema telephone, footer, lease button). RESOLUT 512-474-5557 kept as 2023 listing brokers. Their HTML is the current owner line. The brochure is still the rate source.
FAQ None. No FAQPage. Long-tail FAQ + FAQPage JSON-LD, including 737 vs 917, left vs right, applied-for light, Jahnke. This is the GEO layer their page skipped.
Coordinates in schema ShoppingCenter + containsPlace. No GeoCoordinates. LocalBusiness + Place + geo 30.229497, −97.934644. A map pin is a fact. Address-only schema is weaker.
Lease Offer No Offer. 1,800 sf inline and 1.27-acre pad at $25 psf NNN + ~$10 NNN, dated June 2023. Numbers with a date beat a pretty lease blurb.
CubeSmart Mentioned once as a landmark. Not in schema. Not a tenant card. On-parcel tenant: phone, gate hours, walk time, schema SelfStorage. Same driveway. Omitting it leaves a hole in “what is here.”
Driving routes One “from the Y” line, and that line is wrong on left/right. Three routes: downtown / Dripping Springs / Circle C. Westbound = left. One bad sentence is worse than three correct ones.
llms.txt None. ./llms.txt with address, coords, tenants, phones, not-here list, sources. A first-party fact file is the part their tunnel never had.
Host trycloudflare tunnel; canonical points at southwestshopping.ai First-party static files. This compare page is noindex. Ephemeral tunnels are not a cite source. First-party HTML is.
